Riza: “Colonel Mustang, I want that promotion. Even if it takes using my feminine wiles!”
Roy: “I think feminine wiles are suppose to be a lot more subtle than this, Lieutenant.”
Riza: “I don’t have time for subtly! I want that promotion now!”
Roy: “D-don’t be rash! I know you’ve been working a lot of over time lately; but that doesn’t give you an excuse to hold your superior officer hostage at gun point … while topless!”
Riza: “I am going to get that promotion, Colonel. Now … *click, click* these breasts aren’t going to suck themselves.”

That was on a continuous loop in my head while working on this. ^^;

Damn, that tattoo was a bitch. But many thanks to :iconangelalegna: for doing a big picture of it so I could get a good idea of what it looks like ([link]). It was a ‘uge help.

Riza is my favorite character from FMA. I love strong women types. :aww:

P.S. Riza’s left arm bothers me … it wasn’t until I submitted it to DA that I noticed it seemed overly long. But when I check my proportion numbers, it’s right. And if I test it out at a shorter length, it still looks off. :\
