I am very satisfied with how the warm colors came through on this piece. I think overall, it is my most “eye-pleasing” artwork to date.

This was a commission from Cheryl over at DeviantArt.com. Working on this piece was a tedious challenge. There were numerous instances of plant life that required a lot of detail. I also used a new technique in how I organized the perspective and background for this piece. In the end, I am quite pleased with how it turned out — and so was the commissioner.

The commissioner of this piece has a lot of appreciate for symbolism. We spent weeks discussing the best colors, poses and content for this image to best convey what he had in mind. He was pleased with the result and has already discussed the prospect for future commissions.

This was a commission from a user at DeviantArt.com who goes by the user name: tenbatsutekimen. This character is a concept for a book he is currently writting. She is a mouse, not to be confused with a rat or skaven.

The commissioner was quite specific in what she wanted for this commission, even had a reference photo for the pose. I added a few other details like the falling book and her clinging to the tree branch. I was a bit worried about the amount of tongue, but the commissioner was pleased with the result and didn’t want for me to make any changes.
